We are seeking a driven and motivated <b>Recruitment Intern</b> to join our HR team in Pune. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, including candidate interaction, interviewing, and coordination. This role provides learning opportunities in recruitment practices.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Assist in resume screening and initial HR interviews</li><li>
Schedule interviews and set calendar requests for all hiring teams and candidates</li><li>
Update and maintain the candidate database and track recruitment progress</li><li>
Prepare welcome notes for new hires</li><li>
Support the recruiter in attracting new talent by partnering with colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Pursuing (final year) or completed bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, or MBA in Human Resources, or equivalent</li><li>
Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or related field is a plus</li><li>
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.</li></ul><div><i>

Recruitment Intern - Corporate

The Assistant Facilities Manager supports facilities operations across India, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, and Australia. This role oversees leasing activities, interior design and construction projects, and the development and installation of office spaces. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a high degree of creativity and autonomy.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to understand facility requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.</li><li>
Manage lease processes for expiring leases and new office locations.</li><li>
Plan and execute facility projects including budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and cost control.</li><li>
Conduct regular facility assessments, identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and prepare performance and expense reports.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule routine inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, Diploma, or equivalent education required.</li><li>
9 to11 years of experience in facilities management, including supervisory responsibilities.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to travel as required.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing full construction project lifecycles.</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>
Proficiency in facilities management systems and related software tools.</li><li>
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical project documents.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational ability, contract negotiation skills, and time management capabilities.</li></ul><div><i>
