About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.</li><li>Manage the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.</li><li>Prepare bids, proposals, brochures, and various other business informational documents.</li><li>Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop sales strategies and business roadmaps.</li><li>Contact prospective clients through various channels such as social media, calls, emails, and in-person meetings.</li><li>Deliver presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.</li><li>Lead client communication for bringing in new projects through bidding and proposal-making.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>MBA (Any Specialization) / B.Tech (CS &amp; IT) preferred.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership qualities and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
