Our core values include innovation, quality, and a strong commitment to excellence.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Purchase Manager with deep expertise in civil construction industrial materials and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) procurement. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end purchasing, from vendor identification and negotiation to issuing orders and ensuring timely delivery. Purchase Manager – Civil & PEB (Industrial Projects)

Job Summary:Wani Projects &amp; Infra is hiring experienced Civil Engineers who can handle Billing, Planning, or both functions for infrastructure and industrial (PEB) projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Candidates must have 5 to 15 years of relevant experience and a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.Key Responsibilities (Billing):<ul><li>Prepare and review BOQ based on drawings and tender specifications.</li><li>Generate and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and steel quantity estimations.</li><li>Create RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices.</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs for civil and PEB structures.</li><li>Reconcile material usage (steel, cement, etc.) with site data.</li><li>Manage billing documentation, approvals, and client coordination.</li><li>Support in rate analysis, pre-tender estimates, and final billing audits.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities (Planning &amp; Coordination):<ul><li>Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.</li><li>Plan resources, materials, and manpower based on scope and timelines.</li><li>Track work progress and generate DPRs, WPRs, and milestone reports.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.</li><li>Identify project delays and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and procurement coordination.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>5&ndash;15 years in civil construction/infrastructure/PEB projects.</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of BOQ, BBS, Billing &amp; Project Planning.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and PEB drawings.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.</li></ul>Preferred Software Knowledge:<ul><li>MS Excel</li><li>AutoCAD</li><li>ERP or billing tools (e.g., Candy, SAP)</li><li>Primavera or MS Project</li></ul>How to Apply:Email CV to: career@wanigroup.comJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
