Responsibilities<ul><li>
Work collaboratively with drivers to successfully execute LTL pick-up and delivery.</li><li>
Follow pickups and deliveries through to completion.</li><li>
Problem solve as challenges are presented and provide updates to the drivers and internal departments.</li><li>
Identify additional freight opportunities with existing and new customers.</li><li>
Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
2 years of strong transportation experience dispatching in a trucking environment.</li><li>
Ability to offer and receive candid feedback, always with positive intent.</li><li>
A great work history.</li><li>
Creative, strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.</li><li>
The ability to work with the latest technologies.</li><li>
Microsoft 365 experience with a working knowledge of Outlook and Teams</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>

Salary: $22-$26 DOE
