Position Summary</b></h3><div>
The Beverage Server is responsible for providing prompt, courteous beverage service to guests while ensuring exceptional hospitality and compliance with all liquor laws and company policies. This role contributes to a positive guest experience through efficient service, accurate order handling, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance at all times.</div><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><div>
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests.</div></li><li><div>
Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards.</div></li><li><div>
Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests.</div></li><li><div>
Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable.</div></li><li><div>
Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.</div></li><li><div>
Attend required meetings and training sessions.</div></li><li><div>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></h3><div><b>
Required:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Must be 19 years of age or older.</div></li><li><div>
High school diploma or equivalent education required.</div></li><li><div>
Previous customer service experience preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Preferred:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications.</div></li><li><div>
ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications.</div></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><div>
Frequent walking and standing for extended periods.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Exposure to secondhand smoke, loud noise, and temperature variations.</div></li><li><div>
Frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity required for serving tasks.</div></li><li><div>

Schedule</b></h3><div>
Swing Shift - This position requires flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.</div><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
