Located in a dynamic environment, this role is vital to ensuring that our teams have the necessary parts and supplies to maintain efficiency and uphold our commitment to service excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary parts in a timely manner.</li><li>Utilize inventory control systems to track stock levels and reorder points.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability.</li><li>Assist in the organization of the warehouse and ensure proper storage of parts.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify parts needs for repairs and servicing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory transactions, and supplier communications.</li><li>Support demand planning efforts by analyzing usage trends and forecasting needs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in supply chain management or inventory control, preferably in a related industry.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting client needs effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management software; experience with AS400 is a plus.</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; certification preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Basic understanding of automotive repair processes is beneficial but not essential.</li><li>Experience in demand planning or supply chain analysis is advantageous.</li></ul>If you are ready to contribute your expertise in supply chain management and customer service within the waste management industry, we invite you to apply today at Ware Disposal, Inc.
