Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable women to join as a Personal Assistant / Household Support. This role involves assisting with daily tasks, caring for four children, managing household chores, and being adaptable to any tasks needed to support the household. No previous experience is required&mdash;just a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to help with a variety of tasks.Duties<ul><li>Assist with daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, organizing, and meal prep</li><li>Support and supervise children, including helping with homework, activities, and routines</li><li>Run errands or assist with shopping as needed</li><li>Help manage schedules and coordinate daily household activities</li><li>Adapt to different tasks as they arise to support the household efficiently</li><li>Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive attitude</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience with children or household management helpful but not required</li><li>Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities as needed</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday through Friday (hours can vary depending on availability)</li><li>Typical hours: 7:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility</li><li>Seasonal or occasional adjustments may be required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
