<div><p>As a Project Manager at Ware Malcomb, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple environmental graphic design projects from start to finish. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will drive strong client relationships through clear communication, coordination, and service. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team collaboration, ensuring alignment with design intent, project goals, and regulatory requirements while maintaining overall project and financial performance.</p>

</div></div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Role</b></h3><ul>
<li>Responsible for the management of project(s), start to finish, as the project leader. Be the key contact with the client, their consultants and representatives.</li>
<li>Determine project goals, prepare project schedules and manage project budget. Continuously monitor project progress, communicate timelines regularly, identify any risks to the design and schedule, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.</li>
<li>Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate each phase of a project to deliver documents and work product. Utilize the Studio's resources for design and bid documents. Coordinate cross-functional architecture, interior architecture and civil engineering team collaboration and identify critical path activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for local, county, state and federal code research and analysis for each project including City/Town Municipal/Zoning code and processing requirements related to signage. Must be capable of reading and understanding architectural drawings, shop drawings, as well as building and ADA code requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with design team to provide technical support and ensure design objectives align with project goals and client requirements. Conduct regular design reviews to confirm progress, quality, and code/regulation compliance.</li>
<li>Coordinate various trades to achieve complete, coordinated drawings/work product and specifications. When needed, assemble consultant team for the project (identify scope of work, collect fees, select consultants and facilitate contracts).</li>
<li>Direct and/or coordinate City Planning and/or other jurisdiction submittals. Represent WM at required jurisdiction public design review or development approval meetings and make project presentations when required.</li>
<li>Lead implementation coordination services including site visits, bid review, cost comparison, shop drawing review, submittals, etc. Familiarity with signage fabrication, installation techniques, materials and construction specifications are required.</li>
<li>Responsible for project work planning, resource planning, financial forecasting and overall project financial success. Prepare project work plans and budget reports. Review project budget reports, pre-billing reports, invoices and accounts receivables monthly.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul>
<li>A minimum of 5 years' of experience within the field of branding or environmental graphic design</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, AutoCAD, and Revit a plus</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Suite</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Public speaking ability to small to large groups</li>

<div>The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. We may exceed the posted compensation range for candidates who surpass the posted requirements. At Ware Malcomb, certain roles are bonus eligible.</div>

As a Designer I at Ware Malcomb, you will support the Project Manager or Interior Designer in the delivery of innovative design projects. You will assist in multiple aspects of the architecture and interior design process, including but not limited to design and documentation across all project phases, preparation of materials and presentations, and support during construction administration activities. This position is ideal for entry-level or junior designers looking to deepen their industry knowledge and gain exposure to various stages of project execution while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Role</b></h3><ul>
<li>Assist in AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents</li>
<li>Actively support compliance with Studio BIM/CAD project standards and procedures</li>
<li>Assist in the production of graphics through use of 3D renderings and computer illustrations</li>
<li>Assist in graphic formatting and mood boards for client presentations using Studio Templates</li>
<li>Collaborate with team to suggest finishes, fixtures, and furniture for projects</li>
<li>Support design, documentation, and assembly from Space Planning concept through the Construction</li>
<li>Develop appropriate construction drawing techniques</li>
<li>Coordinate specifications with drawings to meet project requirements</li>
<li>Assist in the drafting of space planning concepts and creation of program documents</li>
<li>Assist the Design lead in meetings with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives</li>
<li>Assist with submittals during the construction administration phase</li>
<li>Communicate with industry partners and Ware Malcomb employees</li>
<li>Assist with vendor interface and library resources and organization</li>
<li>Actively support compliance with file and information storage</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul>
<li>1+ years' experience in Interior Architecture &amp; Design</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or technical degree/certificate in an accredited Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture related program</li>
<li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to create components of presentation packages</li>
<li>Understanding what information will need to be presented to a client with the guidance of your supervisor</li>
<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li>
<li>Ability to work with your team members to solve problems involving multiple options</li>
<li>Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles</li>
<li>Understanding and application of design principles, theories, color and materials</li>
