This role combines creative storytelling, data-driven optimization, and hands-on management of websites, social media, and paid ad campaigns.This is a full-time, in-house position with opportunities for growth as our brands expand.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Maintain and update websites across all brands (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).</li><li>Oversee SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and online visibility.</li><li>Coordinate landing pages, product updates, and promotional content.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Brand Engagement<ul><li>Develop and execute content calendars for social media across all brands.</li><li>Create engaging posts (graphics, reels, short videos, stories) tailored to each audience.</li><li>Monitor engagement metrics, respond to messages/comments, and grow brand communities.</li></ul>Paid Advertising &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).</li><li>Optimize ad performance and manage monthly budgets to ensure ROI.</li><li>Track conversions and produce regular reports on performance metrics.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) to leadership.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors, designers, and contractors when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multiple brands or products.</li><li>Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics platforms.</li><li>Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS tools.</li><li>Excellent written and visual communication skills.</li><li>Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking.</li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li></ul>Bonus Skills:<ul><li>Experience in eCommerce or B2B marketing.</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing abilities (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Rockwall, TX 75032 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Rockwall, TX 75032: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
