</div><div><b>Job Summary:</b></div>
<div>The <b>Customer Service Representative </b>will interact with Voceon&rsquo;s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position also requires administrative work as it relates to customer service needs. This is a fully in-office position with no option to work from home.<br>
</div><div><b>Job Responsibilities</b>:</div>
<ul><li>Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on assigned products and/or services.</li>
<li>Interacts with sales staff via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and assist their sales effort.</li>
<li>Interacts with technical service staff via telephone, email, or in-person assist with administration and communication sounding their projects.</li>
<li>Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers&rsquo; problems and concerns.</li>
<li>Assists with shipping and receiving of all radios, antennas, and other technical equipment as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.</li>
<li>Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Administrative tasks related to order entry, invoices, and communication with customers.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Skills/Abilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize duties daily based on emergency needs and/or time-sensitive issues.</li>
<li>Sense of urgency regarding customers&rsquo; emergency-related issues.</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write professional correspondence.</li>
<li>Strong oral communication skills including active listening.</li>
<li>Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. This will include a high level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.</li>
<li>Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.</li>
</ul><div><b>Education/Experience</b>:</div>
<ul><li>Minimum of High school diploma or GED.</li>
<li>A person who is not fearful of technology would do best in this position.</li>
<li>Customer service experience preferred.</li>
</ul><div><b>Job Requirements/Additional Info:</b></div>
<ul><li>Handling equipment can be dirty at times and the incumbent will need to be comfortable with this. Ability to dress casually.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.</li>
<li>Voceon is a small company and there is a limited amount of growth opportunity.</li>
<li>By being a small company, Voceon is very family-friendly.</li>
<li>This position is probably best for people starting out early in their career or who are not looking for fast-track promotional opportunities at this time.</li>
<li>18-24 hours in-office per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday preferred) (Office located at 5419 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78238).</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.</li>
