Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be well-versed in employment and labor laws. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. as well with all of the medical/dental billing and AR (Accounts Receivable) management that is necessary.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Support employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.</li><li>Facilitate employee evaluations, performance management, and training &amp; development initiatives.</li><li>Administer benefits programs and assist with benefits administration tasks.</li><li>Manage employee relations issues, providing support for conflict management and resolution.</li><li>Participate in strategic planning initiatives related to organization design and succession planning.</li><li>Collect and analyze data for HR reports to support decision-making processes</li><li>As well with all of the medical/dental billing and AR (Accounts Receivable) management that is necessary.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven administrative experience within a human resources setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with human resources management practices including talent management and change management is essential.</li><li>Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and related documentation is beneficial.
