We are searching for a qualified and experienced Rental/Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the daily dispatching of equipment and technicians, taking and processing equipment rental orders in a safe and timely manner, and other duties assigned. Responsibilities will include:&middot; Scheduling mechanics and drivers by organizing the daily dispatch of all the equipment.&middot; Opening and closing rental orders&middot; Coordinating transportation and field service demands for the equipment under normal and emergency situations.&middot; Perform record keeping on all purchase orders and warranties on trucks, trailers, and equipment.&middot; Maintain customer relations via phone and fax, making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location.&middot; Arrange for all emergency field repairs.&middot; Oversee the loading and unloading of all equipment and supplies in a safe manner.&middot; Oversee the loading and unloading of all equipment and supplies in a safe manner.&middot; Working with Service Team on scheduling and managing technician and driver overtimeOutstanding customer service is paramount to Warrior Machinery LLC, therefore your commitment and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. To be qualified for this position, the ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, Equipment rental procedures and heavy equipment dispatch experience, knowledge of the DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations, and strong organizational skills. We are looking for candidates with a positive and professional phone demeanor, the ability to multi-task, and a diligent attention to safety.
