We are hiring for the following position:Role: PL/SQL L2 SupportLocation: Chennai/Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience: 6+ YearsNotice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 DaysKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds.</li><li>Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution.</li><li>Monitor batch jobs, database processes, and system performance.</li><li>Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.</li><li>Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure SLAs are met.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>6&ndash;10 years of experience in PL/SQL development and support.</li><li>Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.</li><li>Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting (basic).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.</li></ul>If interested, kindly share the resumes to *bharathi@ewarriorstechsolutions.com* or contact @8015568995.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;1,800,000.00 per year
