 What will you be doing:
 
 
 
 Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Job schedule preparation and monitoring on daily basis for both Field Service &amp; Workshop jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage work orders, scheduling, invoicing, and timesheet validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing required coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resource availability and Utilization in PB.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting the Operations Managers with regular feedback from executed jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with the internal and end customer during the work for better understanding and minimizing gap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report the operational KPI's in order to ensure maximum efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality deliverance with "zero Injury mind-set".
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt to ongoing changes in systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce - SAP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support FSEs throughout the service process, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Any graduate degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Work experience: 3-5 year in relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: SAP/ERP knowledge will be considered as a plus but it is not a prerequisite
 </li>
 <li>
 Job location- Karachi
