Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Transform raw data into meaningful insights to help organizations make informed decisions</li>
<li>Translate complex data into actionable business strategies</li>
<li>Collect data from various sources (e.g., databases, PDFs, data warehouses)</li>
<li>Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and consistency</li>
<li>Analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools and programming</li>
<li>Visualize findings through charts, dashboards, or reports</li>
<li>Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making</li>
<li>Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks</li>
<li>Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or custom/OOTB solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions</li>
<li>Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms</li><br>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)</li>
<li>Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving</li>
<li>Strong experience with Databricks, Copilot</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools</li>
<li>Experience with LLMs or generative AI</li></ul><br>

Good to Have</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role<br>
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and big data tools</li>
<li>Specialized knowledge in engine-focused R&amp;D, engineering, and manufacturing domains</li>
<li>Certifications in Databricks, cloud platforms, or data engineering</li>
<li>Passion for innovation and continuous learning</li><br>
</ul>
