Margaux Restaurant at the Warwick Seattle is seeking a professional and personable Server to join our Food &amp; Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide attentive, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining the warmth and hospitality that defines the Margaux dining experience. This position is primarily for AM shifts (breakfast and lunch service), with availability for occasional PM shifts as business needs require. Bartending experience helpful!<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.</li><li>
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.</li><li>
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation standards are met.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings.</li><li>
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.</li><li>
Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.</li><li>
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.</li><li>
Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and restocking as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively with team members, bartenders, and kitchen staff.</li><li>
Provide excellent guest service consistent with the Warwick Hotel brand standards.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Prior serving experience in a full-service or hotel restaurant preferred.</li><li>
Current Washington State Food Handler&rsquo;s Permit and MAST (Liquor) permit required.</li><li>
Professional appearance and positive attitude required.</li><li>
Strong communication and guest service skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).</li><li>
Frequent lifting and carrying of trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25 lbs).</li><li>
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.</li><li>
Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compensation and Benefits</h3><ul><li>
Pay Range: $ 21.30 fixed rate per hour plus tips.</li><li>

Pay is based on experience and qualifications in accordance with Seattle&rsquo;s Wage Transparency Ordinance.</li></ul></div>
