 Job Overview
 
 
 
 As a Product Manager at Waseel, you will own the full product lifecycle for one or more of our SaaS solutions, from discovery to delivery and growth. You will work in a cross-functional squad to build scalable, secure, and user-centric products that solve real problems for healthcare providers and insurers in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be a mix of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution, driving product initiatives that directly impact our mission.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define and prioritize product features aligned with Waseel's vision, business goals, and customer needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across squads
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation through development, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design,and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead sprint planning and participate actively in daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product usage, adoption, and performance metrics through tools and feedback loops
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with customer success and sales to improve customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the product internally and externally
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer , Computer Science, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Agile project management methodologies
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Requirements

 Demonstrated experience in crafting and successfully launching impactful B2B SaaS products
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and enhancing user experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with tools for project management and product development such as JIRA, SQL, is a plus
 </li>
