 Bachelor's degree
 </li>

 Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry (RCM, insurance, or hospital operations)

 Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders

 <li>
 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
 </li>

 Proficiency in project management tools and software
 </li>
