<b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<ul><li>Requirements::
<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager for a commercial contractor</li>
<li>Education: College degree; preference is 4yr degree in CM, Engineering or related field</li>
<li>Experience with P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software</li>
<li>Experience managing commercial construction projects</li>
<li>Estimating construction projects for both fixed price and negotiated bids</li>
<li>Schedule critical path bar chart schedules</li>
<li>Cost tracking, forecasting, and projecting project costs</li>
<li>Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project experience</li>
<li>Able to receive badging to work or or visit projects at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Naval Base Bangor, or any Puget Sound Federal Installation</li>
<li>Leadership strengths</li>
</ul></li></ul><div></div><ul><li>Position may require management of multiple projects or 1 major project depending on current company needs.</li>
<li>Preferences:
<ul><li>Experience as QC at PSNS, Bangor, Keyport, Whidbey Air Station or Joint Base Lewis McChord</li>
<li>Experience with EMCS software</li>
<li>Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Outlook, Word, Power Point)</li>
<li>QCM certificate</li>
<li>Procore Experience</li>

<li><b>Salary will be based on experience and education.</b> Range is anticipated to be $95,000 - $130,000.</li>

<b>BUILD</b></div>
<ul><li>Monitor and control the overall effort on the project for conformance to scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety. This includes project scheduling, staffing, job cost forecasting and submittal review.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate problems on the project and initiate corrective action necessary.</li>
<li>Identify, negotiate and process contract change orders ensuring WA Patriot interests under the contract are protected.</li>
<li>Administer the project contract to ensure performance in accordance with the contract requirements.</li>
<li>Assure effective communication within the department and between departments.</li>
<li>Perform subcontract administration responsibilities including negotiating agreements, writing subcontract scope descriptions, procurement of materials, processing of change orders, etc.</li>
<li>Lead and perform contract closeout assuring all cost issues are properly and promptly addressed, As-Builts are completed, O &amp; M Manuals are submitted, etc.</li>

<b>QUALITY CONTROL</b></div>
<ul><li>Implement the &quot;Three Phase of Control&quot; for each definable feature of work; schedule and attend all Preparatory and Initial Phase meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure work is meeting or exceeding contract requirements. Maintain tracking.</li>
<li>Ensure your project submittals including product data, shop drawings and other documentation required by the contract specifications are being completed by a Project Engineer/QC or yourself as needed.</li>
