 to support daily site operations at our
 
 N. Charleston, SC
 
 location. In this role, you&rsquo;ll operate the scale house, assist customers, complete billing tasks, and provide general administrative support. This position requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Administrative Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process payments and generate basic billing documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete daily, biweekly, and monthly billing
 </li>
 <li>
 Batch work orders and support reporting requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to and monitor Google Reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide backup coverage for the scale clerk
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with dispatch, staff, and the public
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good numeric reasoning and numerical ability required
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in data entry
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Service experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office &ndash; Word, Excel and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical ability: Able to complete sedentary work requiring prolonged sitting, able to
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 complete repetitive motions such as typing/mouse use/operating a phone, ability to
 
 
 look at a screen for long periods of time, tolerate exposure to typical call center
 
 
 sounds and wearing a headset

 Position Details</h2>
We are looking for dependable CDL Drivers to safely operate waste collection vehicles on established local routes. This is a full‑time, year‑round, home‑daily position.
As a Driver, you will:<ul><li>
Operate Rear Load, Front Load, Roll‑Off, or Side Load trucks depending on assignment</li><li>
Follow route sheets and GPS/dispatch directions</li><li>
Collect and load waste or recycling materials</li><li>
Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections</li><li>
Maintain safe vehicle operation and follow all DOT rules</li><li>
Provide professional and courteous customer service</li><li>
Assist with related labor duties when needed</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Valid Class A or B CDL</li><li>
No restrictions preferred (ability to operate both manual &amp; automatic trucks)</li><li>
Clean driving record</li><li>

 Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr

We&rsquo;re looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Waxahachie, Texas
 The Job:<ul><li>
Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Waxahachie yard&mdash;start and end your shift in the same location.</li><li>
Service Residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.</li><li>
Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.</li><li>
Work a consistent schedule: Mon&ndash;Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 50&ndash;60hrs./week</li><li>
Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.</li><li>
Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.</li></ul>
✅ Requirements:<ul><li>
Class A or B CDL with airbrakes</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience</li><li>
Clean MVR and safety-first mindset</li><li>
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions</li></ul>
