Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a roll-off truck to transport waste materials, ensuring safe and efficient handling. Must have experience with roll-off trucks, cable lift systems, and manual transmissions. You will also engage with customers, communicate with dispatch, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.Duties<ul><li>Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport waste materials to and from customer sites.</li><li>Tarping &amp; Securing Containers: Ensure dumpsters are properly tarped and securely fastened for transport.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly</li><li>Perform routine inspections of trucks and mechanical systems to identify maintenance needs or repairs</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience operating roll-off trucks.</li><li>Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.</li><li>MUST be able to drive a manual transmission.</li></ul>Ready to join a locally owned company that values your work and respects your time?
