<div>Job Description:
This is an ON - SITE (Monday to Friday) role at Charlotte, NC office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution &amp; Planning<ul><li>
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital (PPC, SEO, email, social media, etc.) and print channels.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.</li><li>
Generate and pitch creative ideas that support lead generation, product launches, and brand storytelling.</li></ul>
Lead Generation &amp; Performance Optimization<ul><li>
Own the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads.</li><li>
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance and effectiveness to stakeholders.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.</li><li>
Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and messaging.</li></ul>
Branding &amp; Creative Development<ul><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.</li><li>
Contribute to the design and development of digital ads, print collateral, landing pages, and social media content.</li><li>
Work closely with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling visuals and messaging.</li></ul>
Digital Asset &amp; Social Media Management<ul><li>
Manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).</li><li>
Monitor, analyze, and optimize engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.</li><li>
Build marketing automation campaigns that align with digital report findings by utilizing Salesforce Platforms to improve customer retention.</li><li>
Stay current on digital trends and emerging platforms to keep Wastequip&rsquo;s marketing fresh and competitive.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>
Coordinate with team on sales, product, and creative objectives and align marketing efforts with business goals.</li><li>
Maintain organized project timelines, campaign calendars, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>
Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team brainstorming and planning sessions.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, analytics, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting</li><li>
Proven track record of driving lead generation and campaign performance</li><li>
Must be able to analyze and generate Salesforce reports</li><li>
Strong understanding of branding, customer journey mapping, and integrated marketing strategy</li><li>
Must be proficient in:<ul><li>
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager</li><li>
Salesforce or other CRM and marketing automation platforms</li><li>
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools</li><li>
Creative platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or Canva</li></ul></li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills</li><li>
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
PREFERRED SKILLS<ul><li>
Experience working with creative and media agencies</li><li>
Build and monitor Salesforce dashboards that analyze data from multiple marketing channels</li><li>
Ability to develop and pitch creative concept ideas that align with business goals and reporting</li><li>
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows</li></ul></div>
