Job Description<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company objectives, ensuring the efficient sourcing of high-quality materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Manage the full procurement cycle: supplier identification and evaluation, negotiations, contract management, and purchase order issuance.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with both local and international vendors; regularly assess performance and negotiate pricing and terms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, import/export requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material and service needs, supporting seamless production and project execution.&#8203;</li><li>Track market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to improve procurement efficiency and achieve savings.</li><li>Supervise, train, and develop procurement staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.</li><li>Prepare and present regular procurement reports for management review, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and risk assessments.</li></ul>This position requires strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills, as well as experience with procurement in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.Job Type: Full-time

Procurement Manager

Job Description<ul><li>Supervise daily manufacturing and bottling processes, coordinating the production team to meet output, safety, and quality targets.</li><li>Monitor and operate all machinery involved in water filling, resolving equipment issues and ensuring preventive maintenance is performed.</li><li>Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff in standard operating procedures and food safety protocols.</li><li>Enforce compliance with company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and potable water standards.</li><li>Track inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.</li><li>Maintain production records, compile daily and shift reports, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.</li><li>Lead efforts to continuously improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality; identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.</li><li>Manage employee relations, support development and training initiatives, and address team issues through coaching and corrective actions.</li></ul>This position demands strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with experience in industrial manufacturing environments&mdash;especially food or beverage production.Job Type: Full-time
