Job Summary: 
The Sales Representative will oversee the company&rsquo;s beverage sales activities within a defined territory. 
The salary for this position depends on experience. 
Duties/Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>
Pitch the entire company&rsquo;s portfolio of products in an assigned territory.</li><li>
Monitors existing accounts inventory and orders, communicating regularly with primary contacts for the account.</li><li>
Works to establish new accounts in the territory.</li><li>
Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by Director of Sales.</li><li>
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales &amp; service.
</li><li>Stay up to date on new products and the changing needs of the market.
</li><li>Provide support to the category management team in regards to executing resets, drawing of schematics, and selling new schematics to key customers.
</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Proven beverage sales experience preferred.</li><li>
In-depth product and industry knowledge, with a dedication to continuous improvement.</li><li>
Self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership and professionalism.</li><li>
Quick-thinking and adaptable&mdash;able to resolve challenges effectively.</li></ul>
Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment<ul><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record with no major violations.</li><li>
Must be able to lift, move, and merchandise cases ranging from 20 - 30 lbs. regularly. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>
Work independently across multiple retail locations, traveling between accounts throughout the day.
