Job Description
Job Summary: The Senior Corporate Recruiter is a strategic talent partner responsible for leading the recruitment of mid-to-senior level corporate roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director positions. This role will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, mentor and support other recruiters, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Principal Duties:</h2><ul><li>
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level corporate roles across multiple business functions.</li><li>
Partner closely with senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.</li><li>
Mentor and coach recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.</li><li>
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Build and maintain inclusive pipelines of qualified talent through strategic sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.</li><li>
Facilitate hiring manager training on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.</li><li>
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand and attract top talent.</li><li>
Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and organizational goals.</li></ul>
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills when engaging with senior leaders and candidates.</li><li>
Exhibit leadership and coaching abilities to support the development of junior recruiters.</li><li>
Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.</li><li>
Show adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively across departments and influence without authority.</li><li>
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.</li><li>
Prioritize multiple high-impact searches while maintaining attention to detail and quality.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.</li></ul></li><li>
5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting with a heavy emphasis on sourcing</li><li>
Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.</li><li>
Experience with process improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition is a plus.</li><li>
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.</li><li>
Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.</li></ul>
