At Waxing the City, our licensed service providers are not only waxing experts, they&rsquo;re waxing authorities. This led us to create our very own title of Cerologist&trade; technicians, combining &ldquo;cera&rdquo; (Latin for wax) with &ldquo;ologist&rdquo; (to highlight their level of education and expertise). At Waxing the City our clients are the focus and our technicians are the ultimate professionals at their craft.<ul><li>Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.</li><li>Meet or surpass goals for outreach, leads, and/or sales</li><li>Promoting a company's products, services, or brand identity and Attend local marketing events</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.</li><li>Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.</li><li>Support and protect our culture.</li><li>Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.</li><li>Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.</li></ul>Role Scope and Complexity The technician reports directly to salon manager/salon lead and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for adhering to all service provisions and sanitation standards. They are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal &amp; external customers.
