Strong organization, professionalism, passion, and empathy are a must.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in home settings, including physical evaluations, vital signs, medication reviews, and care planning.</li></ul>Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and families, tailoring to patient needs.<ul><li>Educate patients and caregivers on illnesses, medications, self-care techniques, and safety protocols.</li></ul>Perform skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, injections, catheter management, IV therapy, and other physician-directed treatments.<ul><li>Perform safe and accurate hemodialysis treatments for patients according to prescribed protocols.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide skilled nursing care for patients requiring mechanical ventilation at home.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor patient progress, document health status, and alert supervising physicians to any changes.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate patients&rsquo; status and refer or collaborate with physicians for further medical interventions to improve health status of the patient.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a case manager&mdash;coordinate services like physiotherapy, pharmacy support, rehabilitation, and community care.</li></ul><ul><li>Mentor and oversee assistant nurses, ensuring delegations comply with professional standards and DHA scope of practice.</li></ul><ul><li>Uphold infection control standards; assess and modify home environments for safety and effectiveness.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide emotional support to patients and families, respecting cultural values and patient dignity.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with all relevant DHA policies, scope-of-practice directives, and documentation requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Eligibility<ul><li>DHA Eligibility Letter/ License </li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, recognized as per DHA&rsquo;s Unified Healthcare Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR).</li></ul><ul><li>Primary Source Verification (PSV) successfully completed via Dataflow.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of recent hands-on clinical nursing experience </li><li>BLS/ ACLS/ PALS certified (preferred) </li><li>OPD/IP/ICU/ER/Hemodialysis/OB/Pedia specialized </li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proven experience in home healthcare/ community nursing environments.</li><li>Excellent clinical judgment and adaptability in varied home environments.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with DHA/JCI regulations and standards.</li><li>Empathetic, culturally responsive, and committed to patient-centered care.</li><li>Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Registered Nurse: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DHA License (Required)</li></ul>
