We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our Process Design and Fabrication team. Candidate will work closely with Industrial Process team to develop 3D models and deliverables that drive our design-build and fabrication operations.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As Senior Process Designer, you will play a vital role in turning engineered designs into accurate, fabrication ready models for our projects.
<ul><li><ul><li>Lead creation and maintenance of Industrial Process piping and equipment models either concept or contract documents.
</li><li>Identifying and reporting conflicts, constructability issues, and value-engineering opportunities.
</li><li>Work with Process Design and Fabrication Manager to establish and enforce modeling standards.
</li><li>Using tools like AutoCAD MEP, Bluebeam, and clash detection software to verify model accuracy.
</li><li>Generate quantity take-off (QTO) reports and prepare model-based deliverables.
</li><li>Coordinating with the estimating team and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
</li><li>Incorporating contract changes, maintaining standards, and ensuring all models reflect real-world construction sequences.
</li><li>Participating in project handoff meetings and publishing models for proposals and internal use.
</li></ul></li></ul>This position will keep you engaged in both technical modeling and practical construction support, ensuring no two days are alike.

 <div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Education:
<ul><li><ul><li>4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or 2-year degree with relevant experience (required).
</li></ul></li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li><ul><li>7 - 10 years of Process Modeling experience
</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP (preferred).
</li><li>Strong computer proficiency in the Windows environment (required).
</li></ul></li></ul>Skills:
<ul><li><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technology.
</li></ul></li></ul>Additional Details
<ul><li><ul><li>Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional project site visits and minimal travel.

We are currently seeking a Process Designer 1 to join our Process Design and Fabrication team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to grow your modeling skills while supporting impactful industrial projects. You&rsquo;ll work alongside experienced designers and engineers to develop accurate 3D models and deliverables that drive our design-build and fabrication operations.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Process Designer 1, you&rsquo;ll apply a foundational understanding of modeling concepts to create and support industrial process layouts.
<ul><li><ul><li>Create accurate 3D models of process and mechanical systems (powder, liquid, gas conveyance).
</li><li>Assist with fabrication and construction documents (spool drawings, P&amp;IDs, composites, etc.).
</li><li>Follow established modeling standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
</li><li>Learn to generate formatted material takeoff (MTO) and quantity take-off (QTO) reports.
</li><li>Identify potential conflicts, constructability issues, and value-engineering opportunities.
</li><li>Support estimates for proposals, including technical query reviews and narratives.
</li><li>Participate in review, vendor, and client meetings as required.
</li><li>Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support layout accuracy.
</li><li>Perform field inspections and coordinate with external partners to ensure clash-free, constructable designs.

 <div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Education:
<ul><li><ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in a related field (required).
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
</li></ul></li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li><ul><li>0 &ndash; 3 years of piping-oriented modeling experience.
</li></ul></li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools:
<ul><li><ul><li>Basic understanding of process piping systems.
</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD &amp; Bluebeam (preferred).
</li><li>Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
</li></ul></li></ul>Additional Details
