Candidates with a longer notice period will not be considered.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of relevant expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, substantial hands-on development experience, and the ability to design, customize, and optimize complex business applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The selected professional will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives, streamline operations, and deliver scalable business solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.</li><li>Architect and implement robust data models using Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.</li><li>Develop and enhance workflows, automated processes, and integrations using Power Automate and relevant connectors.</li><li>Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and solution components.</li><li>Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts (JavaScript) to address advanced business requirements.</li><li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors.</li><li>Implement ALM practices, solution deployments, environment management, and version control.</li><li>Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across the Power Platform stack.</li><li>Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, security standards, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.</li><li>Prepare documentation including technical specifications, solution designs, user guides, and architectural diagrams.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing internal development standards.</li></ul>Mandatory Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud flows, automated flows, instant flows).</li><li>Deep understanding of Dataverse, CDS, entity modeling, relationships, business rules, and security roles.</li><li>Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.</li><li>Hands-on experience in developing C# plugins, actions, custom workflow activities, and custom logic within Dynamics 365.</li><li>Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and client-side scripting on forms and ribbon customizations.</li><li>Proficiency with XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, Solution Checker, and Power Platform administration tools.</li><li>Experience integrating Power Platform applications with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or other external systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of solution management, managed/unmanaged solutions, and ALM concepts.</li><li>Strong SQL and FetchXML query capabilities.</li><li>Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, security roles, privileges, and Power Platform governance.</li></ul>Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and embedding capabilities.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, or Custom Connectors.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure ecosystem components including Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API Management.</li><li>Understanding of DevOps pipelines for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).</li><li>Experience in enterprise-level migration, solution upgrades, or CRM-to-Power Platform modernization projects.</li><li>Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, MB-910, or equivalent.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured technical solutions.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable Power Platform applications in complex environments.</li><li>Strong mentoring skills and ability to guide junior team members effectively.</li><li>Commitment to best practices, quality assurance, and continuous learning.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li></ul>Experience Requirement<ul><li>5 to 8 years of professional experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in delivering medium to large-scale enterprise solutions.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their updated resume along with project details and certification information.
