Sourcing Excellence</b></div><ul><li><b>
Strategic Sourcing:</b> Lead comprehensive sourcing processes for our Americas <b>packaging and raw materials</b> spend</li><li><b>
Market Intelligence:</b> Conduct deep-dive analysis of raw materials, commodities, and supplier markets to identify opportunities</li><li><b>
Supplier Discovery:</b> Utilize RFI/RFP/RFQ frameworks to identify best-in-class suppliers that align with our values and deliver exceptional results</li><li><b>
Smart Negotiations:</b> Balance multiple criteria, including financial stability, quality, service, cost, and cultural fit</li></ul><div><b>
Supplier Relationship Management</b></div><ul><li><b>
Partnership Building:</b> Implement comprehensive SRM programs that align supplier performance with our strategic goals</li><li><b>
Contract Management:</b> Lead negotiations and manage contracts with critical <b>packaging and raw material suppliers</b></li><li><b>
Performance Optimization:</b> Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver cost efficiencies and operational excellence</li><li><b>
Global Collaboration:</b> Support sourcing strategy development across our Global Supply Chain, EIMEA, and Asia Pac regions</li></ul><div><b>
Business Continuity &amp; Risk Management</b></div><ul><li><b>
Risk Mitigation:</b> Develop and maintain actionable business continuity plans that ensure uninterrupted supply</li><li><b>
Strategic Planning:</b> Provide leadership in functional risk management, from design to implementation</li><li><b>
Crisis Leadership:</b> Navigate supply chain challenges while maintaining desired service levels</li></ul><div><b>
Financial Management &amp; Forecasting</b></div><ul><li><b>
Budget Leadership:</b> Develop cost of goods budgeting and forecasting strategies for acquisition costs</li><li><b>
Cost Modeling:</b> Create detailed cost models that provide transparency and accuracy for both market-based and contractual changes</li><li><b>
Strategic Cost Management:</b> Lead initiatives that improve resource allocation and drive EBITDA goals</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Experience &amp; Education</b></div><ul><li>
10+ years of supply chain sourcing experience with <b>packaging materials, raw materials, and components</b></li><li>
10+ years in manufacturing and manufacturing leadership roles</li><li>
10+ years leading sourcing in <b>direct materials and packaging environments</b></li><li>
10+ years of strategic domestic and global sourcing experience</li><li>
Proven track record in supplier relationship management and sourcing financial management</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or finance (coursework in <b>packaging, materials science, engineering, or chemistry</b> is a bonus)</li></ul><div><b>
