We take it very seriously on whom we bring onboard for the success of each individual and the organization.Responsibilities and Duties Include:Accounting duties for multiple entities owned and managed by the owner. That includes, but not limited to:<ul><li>Real-estate Accounting</li><li>Property Management Accounting</li><li>Having clear reconciled books with financial statements for all entities on a timely manner</li><li>Process accounts payable, accounts receivable</li><li>Help with quarterly and year-end financial</li><li>Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Ability to work independently, yet always being a team player at every level of the organization.
