<b>ROLE OVERVIEW:</b><br>
</div><div>The Partnership Operations Manager will play a key role within the partnerships team focusing on development of the guest experience strategy and supporting with operational tasks related to partnership asset delivery.<br>
</div><div>The role requires proven administration skills and experience in partnerships or events supporting the Partnership Director in the implementation of processes across the team.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3><div><br>
<b>
Guest Experience:</b><br>
o Lead the development and planning of the guest experience for P54 clients and partners<br>
o Lead all aspects of the partner guest experience, including working with the guest services team to deliver partner guest invitations and follow-up communications, managing partner guest lists, generating RSVP reports.<br>
o Drive innovative, forward-thinking guest management concepts to improve guest experience and maximise commercial opportunities for 54<br>
o Budget management across all guest management-related areas within Partnerships<br>
o Produce detailed proposals for events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets<br>
o Support with the delivery of the Aramco guest management program at Aramco Team Series events:<br>
<br>
<ul><li>Gifting:</li></ul></div><ul>
<li>Conceptualise unique partner gifting ideas within the event budget</li>
<li>Source and contract reliable suppliers for gift production</li>
<li>Manage shipping, packaging, distribution, and tracking of all gifts</li>
<li>Accommodation</li></ul><ul>
<li>Propose, arrange, and confirm all partner accommodation requirements across events</li>
<li>Coordinate partner accommodation needs with the Guest Services team before each event</li>
<li>Manage room inventory at relevant hotels for each event and coordinate any room drops</li>
</ul><div>Transport</div><ul>
<li>Create a detailed transport specification for partner-related transport requirements across events</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Guest Services team before each event</li>
<li>Conceptualise ways to enhance the partner transport experience</li>
</ul><div>Hostesses</div><ul>
<li>Manage partnership-related hostess requirements across events</li>
<li>Coordinate partner-related hostess needs with the guest management team.</li>
<li>Arrange logistics (accommodation, transport), write hostess briefs, and manage partner-related hostess presence on site</li></ul><div><br>

Special Events</div><ul>
<li>Manage partner attendance at tournament-related Special Events, such as The Draft and Pro-Am Prizegiving</li>
<li>Conceptualise and execute bespoke events for partners, including dinners, experiences, golf clinics, etc. Including sourcing venues, managing budgets, sourcing entertainment and other suppliers, creating bespoke printed items and gifts specific to the event, managing guest logistics, managing communications, and being on-site for set-up</li></ul><div><br>

<b>Partnership Operations:</b><br>
</div><div>Rights Tracking:</div><ul>
<li>Ensure client rights and benefits are met as a minimum, striving to overachieve and where appropriate to strategically overdeliver</li>
<li>Ensure rights trackers are created for each partner contract and take ownership to ensure these are regularly updated</li>
</ul><div>Printing &amp; Signed Items:</div><ul>
<li>Manage print requirements, liaising with local suppliers, managing deliveries, and on-site distribution</li>
<li>Ensure a fresh and innovative approach for all printed materials, including welcome letters, specialised itineraries, and partner-specific drawsheets</li>
<li>Manage partner signed inventory, including packaging, framing and shipping</li>
</ul><div>Logistics &amp; Storage:</div><ul>
<li>Lead on logistics of partner inventory at events and from one event to another</li>
<li>Create and own an inventory tracker</li>
<li>Manage secure storage and security protocols e.g. locks/codes / CCTV</li></ul><br>

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced <b>PR</b> <b>Account Director </b>who is fluent in <b>both Arabic and English</b>, to support the delivery of earned media campaigns for a number of high-profile clients in the Gulf region &mdash; including <b>Golf Saudi&rsquo;s</b> ongoing work across <b>events, corporate communications, tourism, and the Arab Golf Federation</b>.</div><div>

This role is ideal for a senior PR professional with experience in <b>sports communications</b>, who can confidently lead storytelling and media engagement across both Arabic and English-language markets.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
<b>Lead strategic planning</b> for integrated PR campaigns, contributing to client comms plans, timelines, content calendars and KPIs</li>
<li>Translate communications objectives into robust, insight-driven earned media strategies, tailored to local and international audiences</li>
<li>Develop bilingual press releases, Q&amp;As, media alerts, speeches, and op-eds across client campaigns</li>
<li>Draft, translate, and distribute<b> press releases</b> across English and Arabic media outlets</li>
<li>Provide <b>executive positioning</b> support, including strategic messaging, ghostwriting, briefing materials, and pitching live and written interviews to top-tier media</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong media relationships with Arabic-language media across KSA, the GCC and pan-Arab markets</li>
<li>Represent clients at <b>press events, media briefings, and activations</b>, providing senior support on-site or remotely as needed</li>
<li>Monitor Arabic and English media coverage, assess tone and narrative alignment, and feed insights into evolving strategy and reporting</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align earned media activity with wider corporate and brand priorities</li></ul><br>

SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:</b></h3><br>

Minimum 7 years&rsquo; PR or strategic communications experience, ideally within a leading agency or in-house at a high-profile organisation</li>
<li>Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken communication in both languages</li>
<li>Strong track record in strategic communications planning and campaign development</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in executive comms, media interview pitching, and high-volume press office management</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of the Gulf region&rsquo;s media, cultural and political landscape</li>
<li>Background in sport, tourism, destination marketing, or government affairs</li>
<li>Able to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, multinational team</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within the GCC or attend events as required</li>
</ul><div><b>Also Desirable</b></div><ul>
<li>Established relationships with leading Gulf-region journalists in business, sport, and travel</li>
<li>Experience supporting sovereign clients, giga-projects or government entities</li>
<li>Familiarity with KPIs and PR reporting tools</li>
<li>Experience integrating PR with wider Paid, Owned and Creative functions.</li></ul><br>
