We produce daily short-form content, long-form video, live events, and polished visual assets that support marketing, education, and brand growth initiatives. With content volume increasing and multiple brands scaling in parallel, creative execution quality and speed are critical.  Your Responsibilities Include
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities of the Content Production Assistant:

 Video Production
 </li>

 Edit long-form videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal events
 </li>
 <li>
 Create daily short-form video content from raw footage or clip-farming sources (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

 Apply branded motion graphics, captions, overlays, and templates
 </li>
 <li>
 Resize, reformat, and export platform-optimized versions for multiple channels and profiles
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain quality and brand consistency

 Graphic Design &amp; Visual Asset Creation
 </li>

 Create brand-aligned graphics, thumbnails, social media visuals, and carousel posts
 </li>

 Design presentation decks for weekly internal/client gatherings and major events

 Produce visual assets needed for website rebuilds, landing pages, and marketing materials

 Maintain and update brand templates, style elements, and asset libraries
