Our ultimate mission at We Build You Play is to nurture, educate, and empower leaders within our staff, athletes, and their families.Role Overview:As the Brand and Content Coordinator, you will develop and execute marketing content that brings our brand to life. You&rsquo;ll collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and engaging storytelling across all channels-from social media and email to our website and beyond.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Must be willing to travel and attend events on weekends</li><li>Collaborate across all departments to develop brand-aligned messages and visuals.</li><li>Be able to work independently</li><li>Create and maintain a marketing plan for the year across all platforms</li><li>Write and edit content for email campaigns, social media, website, etc.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics for content and social campaigns, offering insights and suggestions</li><li>Create experiences at events and be in charge of the overall look and set of the front of house</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or related field</li><li>Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills</li><li>Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and basic analytics tools</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)</li><li>Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Sports Experience especially Volleyball recommended but not required</li><li>Graphic Design Skills and the ability to create logos highly recommended but not required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract, FreelancePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Eden, MD 21822
