Roles and Responsibilities&middot; Make sure to communicate in English only with students and colleagues once you are in school premise.&middot; To reach assembly place 5 minutes before the bell and to arrange the students in a proper line. To accompany them back from the ground to the class after the assembly and monitor them for their uniform.&middot; To prepare the blackboards/white boards as soon as the period starts.&middot; Maintain the class attendance register and ensure that the attendance is marked accurately and properly.&middot; Checking the student&rsquo;s diaries to ensure they are making proper use of it.&middot; To make sure that the time table is mentioned in each student&rsquo;s diary and he/she is carrying the bag as per the daily time table mentioned in the diary.&middot; To make sure to carry their own time table and syllabus of all respective subjects and classes with yourself all the time.&middot; To make sure that all students copy the C.W from blackboard and does the home work.&middot; To make sure to check C.W and H.W copies correctly and regularly. Also, make sure to return the copies to students in timely manner.&middot; To make sure to give a call to student&rsquo;s parent who is absent for 3 consecutive days without any prior information.&middot; To make sure that your classes are cleaned regularly by maids.&middot; Make sure that your class is having sufficient number of furniture and space for each student and make sure that nothing is pasted on walls.&middot; Make sure the lighting in room is sufficient.&middot; Make sure to fill the CW and HW on WeCan Application on regular basis and update it regularly.&middot; Make sure to check the answer sheets of exam with utmost sincerity and honesty and to calculate grand total in correct manner.&middot; Make sure to make progress report of each student with utmost care and without any mistake and with good hand writing.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Roles and Responsibilities&middot; The Academic Head of the Pre Primary / Primary/ Middle Wing is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of education and a passion for nurturing young minds. The individual in this role oversees the academic curriculum, instructional methods, assessment strategies, and overall academic performance of students.The Academic Head of WeCan School is entrusted with various responsibilities to ensure the academic excellence of the school and the overall development of the students and teachers. The following are the key roles and responsibilities:&middot; The Academic Head is primarily responsible for maintaining the academic quality of the school. They work closely with the incharges, teachers and students to ensure that the highest standards of education are upheld.&middot; The Academic Head sets and advances the academic strategy of the school. They develop and implement plans and policies to enhance the teaching and learning experience for students and improve overall academic performance.&middot; The Academic Head plays a crucial role in promoting English speaking among the incharges, staff and students. They encourage and facilitate English language proficiency through various initiatives and programs.&middot; It is the responsibility of the Academic Head to input syllabus and exam-related information into the WeCan Application. They ensure that the syllabus is well-prepared and aligned with the curriculum for all term exams.&middot; The Academic Head ensures that all the CTs and Exam dates are decided in the month of January for the next Academic session.&middot; The Academic Head actively participates in discussions with the Headmistresses (HM) and Academic Incharges (AI) to contribute to the development of the curriculum.&middot; The Academic Head guides and assists the Academic Incharges and utilizes the specific skills and strengths of each teacher. They provide support and mentorship to the Incharges.&middot; The Academic Head ensures that proper trainings/workshops are conducted at all centers by the Academic Incharges. They organize sessions to enhance teachers' skills and knowledge, and they assess the effectiveness of the training through appropriate assessments.&middot; The Academic Head is responsible for planning various activities and events before the beginning of the academic session.
