About The Role
Job Profile:
 To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organisation. Combining strong project management expertise with an understanding of AI technologies, data-driven solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires coordination of business stakeholders and external partners to ensure AI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
 Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects.</li><li>
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>
Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.</li><li>
Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and status reports.</li><li>
Monitor project performance using key metrics and KPIs.</li><li>
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.</li><li>
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.</li><li>
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress to executive leadership.</li><li>
Support vendor management and third-party AI technology implementations.</li><li>
Assist with AI adoption, organisational change management, and user training.</li><li>
Document lessons learned and establish best practices for AI project delivery.</li></ul>
 Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
3+ years of project management experience, including technology or digital transformation projects.</li><li>
2+ years of experience managing AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation initiatives.</li><li>
Strong understanding of AI, including predictive analytics, generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.</li><li>
Experience using project management tools.</li><li>
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences.</li></ul>
 Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
 Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile certifications.</li><li>
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, and data privacy regulations.</li><li>
Experience implementing enterprise AI platforms and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.</li></ul>
 Technical Skills:<ul><li>
 AI Fundamentals, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering</li><li>
Data Analytics, SQL (preferred)</li><li>
Cloud Computing and API Integrations</li><li>
