 The Director, Content and Creator leads content strategy and creative execution for clients in the healthcare and technology spaces. This position brings innovative thinking, proactive ideas and deep subject matter expertise to the table, leading strategic direction in digital storytelling. The director has a finger on the pulse of trends in social media, content strategies and digital experiences that drive brand awareness and engage audiences to action.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide proactive strategic counsel to day-to-day clients and senior leadership, shaping the digital footprint across corporate, consumer, and executive presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop insight-based social media strategies that positively impact commercial and reputational goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Mobilize agency expertise and lead teams to deliver creative ideas and execute aligned with social platform constructs and audience understanding
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day engagement with clients, define and manage priorities, deliver work on time and against the client and agency&rsquo;s quality expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Be financially accountable for developing scopes, managing budgets to the scope and ongoing client communications on budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new business and identify and pursue organic growth opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms, integrating them into our strategy and sharing with clients.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience managing social media and digital experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting health, wellness, or pharmaceutical organizations preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of social media platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, and Reddit
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to deliver strong strategic counsel, critical thinking and creative ideation verbally in and writing
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, be flexible and move at the pace of social.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, data storytelling, insight-based strategy and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team collaboration abilities and client engagement skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working within regulated environments, with a solid understanding of medical and regulatory submission requirements for digital content.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below. The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.
 
 
 Salary Range
 
 
 $125,000&mdash;$163,000 USD
