About Us: WEFIX Technical Services L.L.C, a leading provider of fit-out and renovation services in Dubai, is seeking a Renovation Team Lead who is not only a skilled leader but also an experienced trades-person. This is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in renovation work while leading a small team to ensure high-quality, timely completion of projects.Job Description:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead a team of technicians and tradespeople while actively participating in the execution of renovation tasks such as carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and painting.</li><li>Work alongside your team on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and within project deadlines.</li><li>Assist in reviewing project plans and blueprints to ensure that renovation work aligns with the client's specifications and design.</li><li>Coordinate daily tasks, manage on-site materials, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to team members as needed, ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal delays in project progress.</li><li>Communicate with the project manager or client to report progress, raise concerns, or provide updates on job completion.</li><li>Ensure that every stage of the renovation is carried out with precision, paying attention to detail to deliver a flawless final result.</li><li>Manage time efficiently, dividing your focus between leading the team and completing your own assigned tasks.</li><li>Be flexible to assist in various trades as needed to support project completion.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience in the renovation industry, for about 3-4 years.</li><li>Experience leading a team on renovation or construction sites, while also being actively involved in work hands-on.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, resources, and time effectively.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges with a practical, solutions-driven approach.</li><li>Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a renovation or construction environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is prefered.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Renovation/Fit-out: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>

With a focus on quality and attention to detail, we are dedicated to meet and exceed our client&rsquo;s expectations.If you are an experienced Civil Engineer for Fit-out and Renovation with a passion for renovation projects and you meet our requirements, we want to hear from you.&#9679; Experienced and qualified Project Manager with 5 years of Dubai experience in Residential and Commercial Fit-out projects with proven knowledge of handling civil, MEP, finishing, snagging &amp; handover projects.&#9679; Must have excellent communication skills between the various parties involved in the projects, such as Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors and be capable of handling technical as well as commercial aspects of the project.&#9679; Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.&#9679; Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.&#9679; Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.&#9679; Reviewing the project in depth to determine all the milestones are planned and executed according to the works program.&#9679; Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.&#9679; Supervise the work of Staff &amp; labourers, etc. and guide them when needed.&#9679; Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.&#9679; Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesKey Responsibilities:- Understand the importance of potential leads.- Professional and accurate communication with all the clients.- Conduct inspections of renovation projects to understand clients requirements and expectations.- Prepare BOQ and project quotations.- Meeting the clients to explain the quotations/project to close the business.- Prepare a proper schedule to facilitate efficient project management.- Oversee and manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements.- Collaborate with the design team to provide technical input and expertise during project planning and execution.- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Requirements:- Minimum of 05 years of experience working on Fit-Out projects in Dubai.- Valid UAE driving license.- Minimum G+1 Certifications from Dubai Municipality- Strong project management and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is a plus.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fit-Out/Renovation: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li><li>G+1 Dubai Municipality Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>
