The Lock Desk Pricing Analyst will support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock, change, and extension requests while adhering and enforcing rate lock policies.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process rate lock requests in Encompass clearly and effectively communicate with requestor(s) as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Process change requests, re-price requests and extension requests. Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file and pricing inquiries.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Manager of Secondary Marketing to implement system changes, testing and process flow enhancements.</li></ul><ul><li>Process New Broker Approval.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement daily pricing for all investors in Optimal Blue.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with system, product and procedural inquiries.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior Secondary Marketing experience required</li></ul><ul><li>Optimal Blue configuration experience required.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with LOS (Encompass) preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Strong Mathematical/ Analytical Skills, Deductive Reasoning and Attention to Detail required.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong customer service skills.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><ul><li>2 or more years' recent experience in Secondary Marketing</li></ul>Other Duties: This job profile is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and responsibilities, as one may perform additional related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.Job Type:Full-time &ndash; OnsiteSchedule:8-hour shift M-FWeekends when needed.Pay:$30.00- $35.00Payment frequency:&middot; Paid semi-monthlyBenefits:&middot; Health insurance&middot; Dental insurance&middot; Vision insurance&middot; Paid time off&middot; Paid Holiday&middot; 401k&middot; Complimentary gym membershipWork Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.WeLoan is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
