 Animation and Motion Graphics Creation

 Develop visually engaging motion graphics and animations that elevate Organisation&rsquo;s storytelling across digital, social media, and other communication platforms.

 Create animated elements, including infographics, transitions, lower-thirds, and titles, to enhance video content and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate on design concepts, producing storyboards and style frames that align with Organisation&rsquo;s brand standards and messaging.
 </li>

 Video Editing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Edit video content for various formats, including corporate videos, social media clips, interviews, and promotional videos, ensuring quality and cohesion with brand guidelines.
 </li>

 Integrate sound, color grading, and other post-production elements to create polished and dynamic final products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual and audio consistency across multiple projects.
 </li>

 Content Adaptation and Optimization

 Adapt animations and videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (e.g., 16:9, 9:16, 1:1), optimizing for social media and digital channels.

 Work closely with the Motion Graphics Designer and Senior Videographer to ensure that content meets technical specifications and quality standards across all outputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update existing video and animation content as needed, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and remains relevant.

 Cross-functional Collaboration and Feedback Integration

 Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and marketing team to understand project goals and refine visual messaging.

 Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, providing input and new ideas for motion-based content.
 </li>

 Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach to editing and animation tasks.

 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Animation, Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience as an animator and video editor, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both motion graphics and video editing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other industry-standard animation and video editing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling and visual composition skills, with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and rhythm.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics; 3D animation skills are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and other essential post-production techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Produce a variety of video content, including promotional videos, product demos, corporate stories, interviews, and event coverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute video shoots on-site and in studio settings, managing the creative and technical aspects of production.

 Creative Direction and Storytelling

 Ensure timely delivery of final video projects, optimized for quality across digital and social media platforms.

 Equipment and Technology Management

 Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other gear, ensuring all equipment is in top working condition.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technology, trends, and techniques, proposing new tools or methods to enhance production quality.

 Project Management and Team Collaboration

 Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to without compromising quality.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience as a videographer, preferably with experience in a senior role within an in-house brand team or creative agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, cinematography, editing, and post-production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with industry-standard video production equipment and editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in lighting, sound recording, and color grading, with an eye for detail and composition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to translate brand messages into visually engaging content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
