Our products are engineered for superior performance, ease of use and cost efficiency across diverse construction applications.Role OverviewKey Responsibilities Quality Control (QC)<ul><li>Conduct material and product testing in the laboratory, including physical, chemical, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Monitor and document test results as per established standards and protocols.</li><li>Assist in evaluating raw materials (cement, graded sand, polymers, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.</li><li>Support batch testing for production and final product certification in alignment with ISO quality requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to resolve non-conformances and improve product consistency.</li></ul>Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) Support<ul><li>Participate in formulation trials for new dry-mix mortar or improved product versions.</li><li>Assist in experimentation, data collection, and analysis to evaluate performance enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, technical support, and marketing) to translate R&amp;D outcomes into scalable solutions.</li><li>Document R&amp;D activities, prepare reports, and assist in presentation of findings to senior technical leadership.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of tests, formulations, and process changes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory specifications.</li><li>Work on updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QC and R&amp;D processes.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing and product development.</li><li>Participate in regular review meetings to share insights and improvement recommendations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Materials Science or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of experience preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction materials and quality testing methods.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in documentation and data reporting.</li></ul>Food and accommodation available.Location - Palakkad &amp; Thrissur Share your Resume hr@peejaymax.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
