The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person, providing support, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience.Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Experience</li><li>Effective skills in promoting Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries efficiently</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering excellent service</li><li>Team player with adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure</li><li>Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an advantage</li><li>Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial</li><li>Experience in a similar role and understanding of the local market in Qatar is preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
