What you will do: <ul><li>Thoroughly understand how our self-driving technology works.</li><li>Stay on top of countless daily changes, both big and small.</li><li>Safely operate test vehicles for up to 8 hours a day to evaluate and help improve our autonomous driving system.</li><li>Consistently make exceptional judgment calls.</li><li>Share detailed feedback on our technology and top priorities with engineers and managers.</li><li>Be the voice of the company to self-driving enthusiasts and curious onlookers.</li><li>Demonstrate work flexibility in a startup environment - responsibilities include: regularly washing company vehicles, garage maintenance support, carrying things as needed, picking up co-workers (when on business trips), and any other non in vehicle task ad hoc task as needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Prior customer-facing driving experience, such as working for ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or as a taxi driver.</li><li>Strong focus on safety first.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li></ul> Preferred to have <ul><li>Experience as an AV (Autonomous Vehicle) Safety Officer</li><li>Proven record of success thriving in a team setting.</li><li>Passion for vehicles and/or experience in vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Expertise in vehicle technology.</li><li>Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.</li></ul> More about WeRide: Website: Youtube: LinkedIn: Twitter:<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?fWvNQADmqkuZfJo09zNI38%2fBaBhzGZDrb" width="0" height="0" />
