Our company has an opening for entry level Office Assistant / Receptionist at our Rancho Cucamonga office. All applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience and qualifications. 
 
Desired qualifications:

<ul><li>Serious and responsible,</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Spanish speaking,</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Ability to set up appointments, answer multiple phone lines, able to multitask, process and track orders, answer customer service calls.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Certificate in Paralegal Studies is desired but NOT required</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Willingness to become a notary public.</li></ul>
