We&rsquo;re looking for a content designer who is equally excited to tackle large ambiguous problems as they are to get in the weeds helping us build an excellent product experience. Knowing how to think outside of industry norms and rectify what&rsquo;s not working in the wild is a must. You internalize the mechanics of investing, and translate that complexity to simple, human instruction. A passion for and experience in building consumer financial technology products is highly desirable.</p>

<ul><li>You have 8+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company. Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.</li>
<li>You have a portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates how clear communication can make or break a product experience. This includes a range of content and writing abilities for product experiences.</li>
<li>You are able to articulate the impact your work has on your team and the business.</li>
<li>You have experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.</li>
<li>You can demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly.</li>
<li>You are a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects across teams, navigate ambiguity with minimal oversight, quickly tailor effective content approaches within constraints, and influence the user experience beyond just content.</li>
<li>You&rsquo;re an exceptional product thinker who takes a deep interest in understanding business and customer needs.</li>
<li>You have experience designing content for 0-1 or early stage products and making ecosystem-level content decisions.</li>

This role will be assisting with end-to-end equity administration operations, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Human Strategy, Legal, and external advisors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and energized by improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

   Senior Stock Plan Administrator Responsibilities:
  </strong>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Administer equity compensation programs including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and 10b5-1 plans
   </li>
   <li>
    Process equity transactions such as grants, exercises, vesting, cancellations, expirations, and payroll-related equity events
   </li>
   <li>
    Maintain accurate and complete equity records in equity administration systems
   </li>
   <li>
    Support compliance with SEC reporting and internal controls related to equity activity
   </li>
   <li>
    Communicate clearly with employees regarding equity plan mechanics and transactions
   </li>
   <li>
    Perform regular reconciliations between equity systems, payroll, and general ledger
   </li>
   <li>
    Coordinate with external equity administrators, auditors, and compensation consultants
   </li>
   <li>
    Assist with the calculation and reporting of stock-based compensation expense and disclosures under ASC 718
   </li>

   Requirements:

    6-10 years of relevant experience in equity administration or related accounting/finance roles
   </li>
   <li>
    Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred

    Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and compliance requirements
   </li>
   <li>
    Hands-on experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks/Carta preferred)
   </li>
   <li>
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Bill.com, and Expensify (or similar systems)
   </li>
   <li>
    Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
   </li>
   <li>
    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
   </li>
   <li>
    High ethical standards and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
