 We are seeking a Head of Content and Social Media to define, execute, and scale Wealthy's content and social presence. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on strategy with team-building. You will manage our writers, designers, and editors while hiring and mentoring new talent, including social media and content. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of financial investment products, experience in the wealth management/fintech space, and a proven record of building high-performing content teams from the ground up.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Content and Social Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated content and social media plan aligned with brand and business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Building and People Management: Hire and onboard social media specialists, writers, and other content roles to strengthen the function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Financial Expertise: Create and oversee content that reflects a strong understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, and investment products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Content Production: Oversee production of blogs, educational articles, newsletters, social posts, videos, infographics, and resources for MFDs and investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive voice, style, and tone across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytics and Optimization: Track performance of content and social initiatives, using data to refine strategy.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 8 years in content marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry Knowledge: Mandatory experience in financial services, wealthtech, fintech, or investment advisory sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets (non-negotiable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic and Execution Skills: Ability to design and execute scalable content programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially in simplifying complex financial topics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with CMS, SEO, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
