As our business grows, so must we. We have an opportunity for an AP &amp; AR Specialist to join our Finance team.
Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hybrid role with work from home flexibility following training period (Monday and Friday remote). 
Role Responsibilities
Accounts Payable<ul><li>
Administer A/P process from receipt of invoice through payment, ensuring timely and accurate posting to the General Ledger.</li><li>
Review, code, and enter all supplier/vendor invoices for payment.</li><li>
Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies when appropriate.</li><li>
5-weeks Cash Flow Forecast update (AP &amp; AR)</li></ul>
Accounts Receivable<ul><li>
Invoicing and posting of all customer receipts in a timely manner; communicates often with customers ensuring timely payments.</li><li>
Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies when appropriate.</li><li>
Posts all incoming cash receipts including ACH, lockbox, credit card and checks and disburses incoming mail.</li><li>
Establishes payment terms for new customers (perform credit checks).</li><li>
Actively work aged receivables.</li><li>
Intercompany balance management</li></ul>
Other activities<ul><li>
Support the Finance Department with miscellaneous projects.</li><li>
Ability to work overtime as requested.</li><li>
Display a desire for continued professional development.</li><li>
React positively to change and</li><li>
Perform other duties as requested.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; Bi-lingual (English and Spanish is a plus)</li><li>
Three (3) years of work-related experience and/or equivalent education, training, and experience; prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environment required.</li><li>
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite; ERP experience desired.</li><li>
Demonstrate effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and quality of work required.</li><li>
Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.</li><li>
Reliable attendance is required.</li></ul>
