Weaver and Sons Excavation is a small business in Hellam, PA 17406. We are agile, inclusive, rewarding and our goal is to keep growing as one of York County's most trusted excavation and site work companies.Office manager needed for mid-size excavation and sitework company. You will be working in close conjunction with one or more owners. Responsibilities would include but would not be limited to: organizing and maintaining office, employee records and relations, equipment records, light payroll, etc. Must have good math skills and be familiar with Office, Excel and Quickbooks. We will train, but you must be a self-starter and have some of the above skills. Male or female, high school or college graduates would be considered. This position has room for advancement. Preferable Full-time but part time considered. Email or text replies only. Starting at $22 per hour with possibility for more depending on experience. More pay available if experienced with Quickbooks or accounting in general.Office Manager Duties:<ul><li>Entering receipts &amp; bills into Quickbooks with accurate coding.</li><li>Creating invoices and submitting them on time</li><li>Account Receivable and Payable knowledge</li><li>Processing payroll as well as liabilities</li><li>Work with Project Manager in getting accurate information for coding receipts, assist in ordering and scheduling as needed.</li><li>IFTA knowledge a plus</li><li>Sales Tax filings</li><li>Maintain and schedule vehicle registrations and inspections</li><li>Maintain employee files</li><li>Experience with AIA&rsquo;s a plus but not necessary</li><li>Communicate and arrange COI for new customers</li><li>Create and maintain job folders</li><li>Run requested reports via Quickbooks</li></ul>** Health Benefits are NOT offered **Job Type: Part-timePay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Quickbooks or similar: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
