If you have good written and communication skills, with collaborative support towards providing excellent customer service, to current and future clients. The applicant should be excited to learn about other areas of the business and open to cross-training with our plate making process. NOTE: Must be able to help lift boxes up to 60 lbs.This position would be approximately 75% Graphic Design and Art File Production, 25% Order Entry/Sales Support, Price Estimating and Plate Making Dept. support. This is where the lifting part comes in.The ideal candidate will be customer-service orientated and a fast learner, able to quickly understand what needs to be done, and then take the initiative to get it done. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key, as you will often be the point of contact between our customers and print brokers.You should also have strong computer skills and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat on a Mac based platform. We need someone with excellent customer service skills who is organized, with great attention to detail and a solutions-based mind set.
