Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (3&ndash;4 Years Experience)Location: Kolkata (Work From Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiner RequiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, hiring top technical talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This is a work-from-office role based in Kolkata, and we require candidates who can join immediately.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment Management<ul><li>Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, selection, negotiation, and final onboarding.</li><li>Understand detailed job descriptions, technical requirements, and deliver relevant candidate pipelines.</li><li>Manage hiring pipelines for multiple positions simultaneously with strict turnaround times.</li></ul>2. Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening<ul><li>Identify and source top-tier talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social platforms, and internal databases.</li><li>Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit through structured screening calls.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate database for recurring and future requirements.</li></ul>3. Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and leadership to understand hiring priorities.</li><li>Provide daily/weekly updates regarding recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and challenges.</li><li>Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.</li></ul>4. Interview Coordination &amp; Assessment<ul><li>Manage and schedule interviews including technical rounds, HR rounds, and client interviews.</li><li>Prepare candidates thoroughly for interview stages and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.</li><li>Gather structured feedback from interviewers and drive decision-making.</li></ul>5. Offer Management &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage salary negotiation, offer discussions, and final acceptance to ensure smooth closures.</li><li>Conduct reference checks, follow up on notice periods, and monitor candidate onboarding until joining.</li><li>Minimize offer dropouts through effective engagement and communication strategies.</li></ul>6. Recruitment Operations &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.</li><li>Improve sourcing strategies, reduce hiring time, and enhance quality of hires.</li><li>Work with HR leadership to refine recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment (must).</li><li>Strong understanding of technologies such as:</li><li>Java, .NET, PHP, Python, JavaScript/Frontend, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Automation, Mobile Technologies, UI/UX, Data Engineering, etc.</li><li>Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, and social channels.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.</li><li>Proven experience handling multiple technical requirements independently.</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an Immediate Joine?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Technical Recruitment: 3 years (Required)</li><li>HR sourcing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
