Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growthResponsibilities<ul><li>Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business working on the different platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn, Email Marketing )</li><li>Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth</li><li>Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets</li><li>Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients</li><li>Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole</li><li>Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems</li><li>Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients</li><li>Build relationships with prospective clients</li><li>Maintain consistent contact with existing clients</li><li>Manage sales pipeline</li><li>Analyze market and establish competitive advantages</li><li>Track metrics to ensure targets are hit</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong Communications skills (English-&gt; Speaking &amp; Writing)</li><li>Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry</li><li>Good Knowledge of IT Industry</li><li>Great knowledge of IT Market Trends, Languages, Tech Stacks, Software Products</li><li>Hands on experience with analysing the requirements, Work estimations and Timelines</li><li>Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>CRM experience is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
